Manford's Comedy Club returns to The Maltings with Matt Reed, Barry Dodds, Christopher Macarthur-Boyd and Duncan Oakley!

The Maltings is becoming a firm favourite with the Manfords team and comedians, and with our audience coming out in force attending their previous shows, Manford's Comedy Club just had to come back!

If you haven't been before, expect a great evening of original stand-up comedy from some very funny people, who thrive in the live arena and just want to make you laugh out loud! Manford’s Comedy Club was launched by comedian Jason Manford and his brother Colin just over two years ago. The idea was to bring comedians from the UK circuit to small towns and cities across the country for a night of live comedy. All four comedians performing at The Maltings are well-known names on both the comedy circuit and television and have all been personally chosen by Jason.

The great thing about a Manford's Comedy Club night, is no two are the same!

Who's performing?

Matt Reed | Insanely funny and charming, as pleasant as he is wonderfully brutal, Matt Reed is one of the funniest, quick-witted comics on the UK circuit and can keep you on the edge of your seat with the ability to skillfully destroy any heckler that has the misfortune to cross his path!

Barry Dodds | “Very impressive...” - Jasper Carrott
Wonderful cheeky chappie with a razor sharp humour, Barry charms audiences with his unique brand of disarming wit and wry, down-to-earth observational humour.

Christopher Macarthur-Boyd | Rising Scottish star from Glasgow who has been compared to fellow Scot Kevin Bridges. Young, charismatic and uninhibited, he will be right up your street if you like your comedy alternative. Christopher already has a list of award nominations longer than your arm.

Duncan Oakley | With musical skills that would easily fit into many rock bands, Duncan Oakley performs an infectious mix of musical comedy and stand-up. His songs are written about the silly and irritating occurrences of life and really make you laugh out loud.
